Capes have a classic grace and elegance that looks fabulous both on and off the bike. The shape lends itself to cycling as it gives you freedom of movement in your arms and shoulders, they also keep you well ventilated as they fall loosely on the body.
The cape first became a fashion item for women in the 1930's. To 'tip our hats' to this and to celebrate the individuality of each piece we have named each cape with traditional ladies names from the period (which will be printed on the label)
